With four of our fighters turning professional since 2012, here at Suggy’s Gym we’re justifiably proud of our reputation for nurturing home-grown talent.

Young and hungry for success, they’re committed to reaching the top of their chosen field, whether it’s boxing, K-1/kickboxing or MMA.

And we’re just as committed to helping them succeed, providing them with first-class facilities, coaching that’s second to none and all the tools they need to reach their goals.

But it doesn’t stop there for Suggy’s Gym. With one eye always on the future, we’re every bit as keen to support up-and-coming youngsters, sharing our experience and knowledge to help them hone their own skills.

Newark Amateur Boxing Club has a key role to play in this forward planning – the oldest club of its kind in our town, it gives members the opportunity to train with the best and, who knows, maybe even follow in their footsteps one day!

Find out more about the achievements of our professionals by visiting the profile pages for ChadRegisBailey and Fergus  and meet the newest member of the Suggy’s Gym stable, pro kickboxer Ryan Edmunsdon, who signed with us in September 2019.

You can find out more about our amateur boxers on the NABC page and don’t forget to keep up with their progress in the regular posts on our Home page…
