If you’re aged 13 or over and looking for GROUP TRAINING, you’ll find plenty to choose from, with a range of classes and courses including everything from boxing and kickboxing sparring and wrestling. Our KIDS’ FITNESS classes and courses are open to youngsters from 5 to 12 years-old, taking place every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evening and on Saturday mornings too.
