After many years learning martial arts as a youth, I fancied getting back into it (now I’m 45) and the Sugden family is well known and respected throughout the UK.
From my very first kickboxing lesson with coaches Tom and Bailey, I felt completely at home. They share their combined experience and fighting skills to bring out the best in the class, there’s a great ‘family’ feel to the whole affair and all egos are left at the door.
Both Tom and Bailey are professional in their approach to teaching – they practise what they preach and the class is great fun, while we get fit!
I now train alongside my 11 year-old daughter, my sister and my two nieces and it is a highlight of the week for all of us. I can’t recommend Suggy’s Gym highly enough and look forward to earning each belt over the next few years.
