Established in 1988, we have been offering training at different facilities before moving to our current facilities on Castlegate in Newark in December 2001,
A family run gym known for its unrivalled success in fitness development and competition as well as in building confidence, discipline and respect, our current world class training facility is spread over 4,000 square feet and we welcome members of all abilities and fitness levels from five years of age. With no upper age limit, our gym is for everyone and we’ve worked with Newark’s Family of Schools for over 23 years.

We have also had a number of boxers invited to represent England at international level, resulting in a number of medals for our very own homegrown talent…
And on the kickboxing front, our amateurs and professionals have won World, European, Commonwealth, British, National and Area titles over last three decades.
