Established in 1988, we have been offering training at different facilities before moving to our current facilities on Castlegate in Newark in December 2000.
A family run gym known for its unrivalled success in fitness development and competition as well as in building confidence, discipline and respect, our current world class training facility is spread over 4,000 square feet and we welcome members of all abilities and fitness levels from five years of age. With no upper age limit, our gym is for everyone and we’ve worked with Newark’s Family of Schools for over 20 years.

When it comes to boxing, Suggy’s Gym has had multiple National Amateur Champions and Finalists as well as many Midlands Champions.
We have also had a number of boxers invited to present England at international level, resulting in a Silver Medal for Chloe Davies at the Tri Nations and a European Bronze Medal for our very own homegrown talent Sam Hardy, who has trained with us since age of five.
And on the kickboxing front, our amateur and professionals have won World, European, Commonwealth, British, National and Area titles over last three decades.
