With news of his first fight of 2020 about to drop any moment, as always Chad ‘2 Slick’ Sugden is going all out in his training camp to make sure he’s ready to start the new year – and the new decade – in top form.
An integral part of Chad’s camps is working with leading sports nutritionist Dr Scott Robinson, following a programme designed to ensure he makes weight safely, maintaining muscle and steady fat loss while fuelling his sessions well and priming his energy systems as he prepares for each match up.
