Here at Castlegate in Newark we’ve got the answer – our six-week Kickboxing for Beginners course is now open for bookings to new Suggy’s Gym members aged 13 and over.

Sign up now and start the course once we re-open after the Christmas/New Year break to take advantage of a special offer, paying just £54 for the six 60-minute sessions, a free kickboxing licence and a free Pay As You Go membership – that’s a saving of £20 on the regular price.

Your coach for the classes will be none other than The British Bulldog, Bailey Sugden, sharing the knowledge and skills he’s been putting into practice as a GLORY fighter in such iconic locations as Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles and, more recently, on the card of the MTGP Kickboxing Grand Prix at The O2 in London.

Once you’ve confirmed and paid for the course, you’ll be able to start booking the Tuesday evening sessions right away.
