Just four weeks to go till Newark ABC‘s boxers are back in the ring at Farndon Memorial Hall for the next Home Show.
The doors open at 6.30pm on Friday 3 May, with the first bout at 7pm, and tickets are already available from the boxers taking part in the event or from Suggy’s Gym on Castlegate, priced £20 for adults and £15 for under 15s.
“Our last home show back in December 2023 was a really action-packed event with a record number of wins for the home boxers, some of whom are pictured above, and we’re definitely looking forward to more of the same on this one,” said Suggy’s Gym head coach Dean Sugden.
“Right now we’re working on the fight card, looking to have at least 12 of our own Newark boxers on there, and full details will be on our website and on social media ready for the opening of the doors on Friday 3 May.
“These events are always well supported by the families, friends and fans of our boxers – as usual, this is a ticket only event and, if it’s anything like the last one, they’ll all be sold before the night so you need to get yours booked as soon as possible.
