As we approach the final stage in the lifting of lockdown across England, the good news is that here at Castlegate in Newark we’ve been able to make some welcome changes to what we’ve got to offer while still making sure you stay safe and well when you’re at Suggy’s Gym.
Whether you’re a former client looking to get back to training or someone who wants to join us at Suggy’s Gym, now’s the time to do it – and here’s how…
First and foremost, you need to know that all classes must be be booked and paid for in advance – to do this you’ll have to start by setting up a Suggy’s Gym account with ClubRight and download the app.
If you haven’t already done so, all the information you need is on the Sign Up To Suggy’s Gym page here, where you’ll find a list of the steps to take to register online.
As soon as your account is up and running, you’ll be able to make bookings via the ClubRight app – to guide you through the process, here’s a step-by-step explanation of what to do!
- Open the ClubRight app on your mobile phone
- Click on the dropdown menu that appears top left and select My Bookings
- Click Make A Booking
- Find the week and class you want to book and click on Booking Info
- Click Book Now
- Click Purchase Credit and pay with your bank card
- Once the payment has been processed, the credit is used for that class and your booking has been made
Bookings can be made up to four weeks in advance but don’t forget that places are limited so make sure you plan ahead!
You’ll be able to see the availability for each class on the app – these details are automatically updated whenever anyone books in and, if a class is shown as being fully booked, you’ll be added to the waiting list and advised if a place becomes available.
